Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("you", "your", "Player") of the 2299 bet platform, accessible at https://2299-bet.club and any associated subdomains or applications operated under the same brand. The terms "2299 bet", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of this platform.

By accessing, registering with, or using the 2299 bet platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

Accurate Account Information

General Betting Rules

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet — including the market, stake, and odds — before confirming. 2299 bet does not accept requests to void bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of clear technical error on the part of the platform.

Sports Betting

• In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that sport and market.

Account Closure and Suspension

To reinstate an account following a time-limited self-exclusion, you must contact [email protected] after the exclusion period has expired. A 24-hour cooling-off period will be applied before reinstatement to ensure the decision to return to play is considered rather than impulsive. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Platform-Initiated Suspension and Closure

2299 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against the platform.
• Any other conduct that 2299 bet reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its operations.

Where an account is suspended by 2299 bet for investigation purposes, we will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the registered email address on file. Funds held in suspended accounts will be processed in accordance with the findings of the investigation.
